This is the first step into your new career. Not only do you get to dive a lot, but you also get to experience the joy of seeing others have as much fun diving as you. Other divers look up to Divemasters because they are leaders who motivate and mentor
PADI Divemaster is the first level of your professional training. You will work closely with your PADI instructors who will guide you to fine-tune your dive skills, refine your rescue skills, and motivate you to learn and protect the environment that we are privileged to dive in. You will gain knowledge, experience, management, and supervision abilities that will guide you as you become a role model for other divers. We will also teach you how to interact with the environment with good diving practices and a knowledge of the variety of marine life that takes the dive to the next level.
As a PADI Divemaster, you will lead others as you supervise diving activities, assist with diver training, and with a little more training after you finish your course, as a DSD leader, be able to teach new divers their first skills before the instructor takes them on their first dive. Whether you decide to travel to faraway tropical islands or work in your local dive shop close to home, adventure awaits you. Divemasters are respected dive professionals of the world’s largest and most respected dive organization – PADI
